Once we take on an assignment, we provide our company clients with a comprehensive service which is
delivered in three phases : recruit, offer, and placement.
Phase I : Recruitment
In the recruitment phase PCS will define your companies requirements and needs.
Since every sales position is not the same, it is imperative that we define what qualities your
ideal candidate should have. Candidates that meet your requirements will then be sought out for
recruitment. All candidates will be prescreened and interviewed by PCS before being presented to
you for interviewing.
Phase II : Offer
At the point that mutual interest is established, we will work with both you and the candidate to
generate an accepted offer. It is important to only extend a company’s offer to a candidate that has
accepted in advance. Our job during this phase is to protect all parties from the aggravation and
wasted time caused by indecisiveness or insincerity.
Phase III : Placement
In the placement phase, PCS will help the applicant resign there current position, decline any
counteroffer attempt made by their current employer, and help the applicant deal with any family
or relocation details. We will also follow up after the candidate has started the new position,
to insure that all parties are satisfied.
