| Description: | Office Manager National provider of document finishing equipment, supplies and custom services is seeking an Office Manager for our Manhattan Branch. Responsibilities: * Manage operational activities of the Branch, ensuring that the standards of quality, efficiency and cost effectiveness are enforced * Supervise staff in accordance with company policies and procedures * Responsible for staff scheduling to include: work assignments, employee training, establish employee goals, and payroll * Support the Credit & Collections department as necessary * Immediate supervisor/manager of sales support and warehouse personnel * Point of contact for all branch issues * Review and approve all credits/returns associated with the Manhattan Qualifications: * 3-5 years experience in Customer Service Management * Excellent written and oral communication skills * Proficient in Internet usage, Outlook, and Excel programs. The ideal candidate must be highly organized; detail oriented, and have strong leadership skills. |
