Client's Personnel Management System is an outsourcing solution for small to medium sized business clients. Client's goal is to improve the productivity and profitability of small businesses by relieving owners and managers of the administrative and regulatory burdens of personnel management; this enables them to focus on other aspects of running and growing their business.

Client is seeking sales professionals for our New York location. We are looking for highly motivated sales professionals with strong consultative and relationship building skills.

This role is responsible for developing a list of prospective customers, contacting sales leads generated from internal sources (including referrals from American Express and radio advertising), calling on prospective customers and communicating the client concept to this target market.

Our open-ended compensation plan allows Sales Representatives to earn an unlimited income. The compensation package includes a base salary, enrollment fee for each account sold plus an uncapped residual program.

We offer an excellent paid benefit package effective on the first day of employment, which includes: major medical (HMO or PPO), dental, vision, and more. 401k goes into effect after 6 months. Performing Representatives have the opportunity to earn annual Incentive Trips and Stock Options.

Ideal candidates must have excellent communication skills and broad based sales experience which includes some top down intangible sales. Having owned and operated a business or working with small to medium-sized business owners and operators is helpful in this role. Candidates must have excellent prospecting skills and an established network in the New York area is preferable.
